Old tranny :)    The new tranny is a Hughes Turbo 400 w/brake to handle the horsepower.  I was scratching my head trying to figure out what you meant till I looked at the photo I referenced to You. all old stuff long gone!

Thanks for the insight Steve, I hope mine turns out as good as yours, I will keep you posted. If work keeps up I have a lot in mind to do to the car...but right now I want to take my time and do it right....A turbo 350 ....really...with that blower motor.
